Great Burgers, Decent Poutine

This is the second time that I've been to The Burger Stand in Lawrence, Kansas. I wanted to introduce my new colleague to the Canadian delight that is poutine. Last time, I have this joint's poutine 3 RCMP hats out of 5, and that rating stands. The poutine could have used a few more cheese curds, but the gravy is nice and peppery. It gives the dish a nice bit of zing. I also ordered The Barnyard but with a beef burger. It was awesome - thick slices of avocado and bacon, cheese, a few greens, and t2ne patty was cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Washed it all down with a Boulevard Wheat and walked out with satisfyingly full tummy. Would definitely recommend this as a staple when visiting Lawrence.
