It's too bad that this is a Canadian owned company, and there is very little good that I can say about them.
The positive is that they have a lot of merchandise for you to browse through. The negatives are that most of them are overpriced and unless it's a brand that you know well, the quality is questionable.

I only shop there when they try to entice me with their $ off emails, and even then, I will only buy if the item is on sale and it is something that I actually need. They charge for shipping for EACH item instead of one overall price, which adds up to the cost.

I recently bought a sweater that arrived with all the seams unraveling, and all I had to do was to pull one of the yarn pieces hanging out, and I could have unraveled the whole sweater. The first customer service agent that I spoke to told me that there was absolutely no refund or exchange because it was a clearance item...never mind that they were the ones that had shipped out the defective product. She even hung up on me when I pointed that out to her.

Luckily, the second agent was more helpful and authorized a full refund once the item was returned. It's now two weeks later and even though it's confirmed that I had sent the item back to them, they can't find it at their warehouse!

There is no way that I would ever recommend this company to any friends or family members.
