this particular location - at the St. Laurent Mall - is so disorganized.

they moved it last year from the main food court part to just outside the upstairs doors. Whomever designed both the staff area and the customer area was on something!

The line up is illogical and confusing. The staff are unorganized and should piggy back work (someone should take cash and orders, and someone else should prepare the order for more efficiency) - there are usually enough staff for this.

The older workers intimidate the younger and newer staff and are rude.

I am polite to the staff, and realize it's not the best place in the world to work (been there, done that, after college), but staff should be treated fairly by other staff members as well.

And if they ever get my double toasted one side only butter with cheese bagel order right, I'll tip them. I rarely order this, but sometimes have that craving.
