We ordered a piece of wall décor from WayFair because we could not find anything in store. It was our first time ordering from the site and I saw a lot of mixed reviews online before doing so, but thought we would take the chance. The price seemed to be competitive with other wall hangings in furniture stores. The store has a lot of choice and you can find décor that you can't find anywhere else.

When our wall hanging arrived, it was very poorly packaged and it was obvious right away, because the product was sliding around in the box with no protection, that there was going to be an issue. Sure enough, without padding or securement, the metal sand dollars were scratched and paint was missing.

I contacted WayFair, via their online live support, and they immediately offered me a full refund and said we could dispose of the wall hanging. I have to say, that with customer service like this, we will definitely try again to order something from this company.
