I've had the same lady give me a "shellac manicure" twice now and both times she's done a horrible job. She does not pay attention to what she's doing for more than a second and does not know how to apply polish. I was left with bubbles under my shellac both times. The first time I did not speak up, but the second time I did. She tried to fix it, but the 4th coat did not help much. Nice people, but the service sucks.
