My Opinion:
The packaging is very nice, and it smells amazing when it is in the container and right the few minutes after applying it, however, the smell fades away very quick. I really like how it shimmers, which it great for doing highlighting on the collarbone area.
I bought this with another C&E;product as an impulse buy during a sale, and I regret purchasing both of them. Even though this only cost me $4, it's so terrible that I don't know how anyone could buy them at regular price, if at all.
