These are 200 mg tablets that dissolve in water and taste citrusy. I don’t absorb pills so I need other options and these fit the bill perfectly! We all know you need magnesium to support your bones and muscles so why not enjoy it? These will definitely be on my daily do’s
It’s a good omega 3, but nothing different or special. I take omega 3 every day for feel years and thiamin a good one tomatada with. Today I am using a different brand but Jamieson is a great brand

I found these hard to take. I stopped taking them for a month and when I started again I noticed that half the bottle contained broken pills. I emailed the company and sent them the information they requested however never heard back from them.
Echinacea is really aswome. it really does help fight colds. because it got rid of my cold. I am still going to take. so hopefly I wouldn't get a cold and if I do it will not be to bad. it even got ridof my mom's cold.
I just purchased this product, and I found it a bit thick and sticky, not as oily as other ones I have tried and therefore harder to warm up on my hands before applying to my face and body, but still effective. Doesn’t break out my face or cause any skin sensitivity issues.
This supplement has mostly various types of vitamin B and some Biotin. It helps with immune system supports and provides nutrients for hair, skin and nails. Though a bit over priced this is worth it for a supplement that can make you feel better and more alert.
