This is a great kind of yogurt if you want a 'regular' flavour to eat by it's self, add some fruit or add into smoothies. It contains 35 calories per cup and no sugar added! There's real fruit in the yogurt and you can actually see and eat fruit pieces. It's so yummy!!

Of all the Dessert flavoured yogurts, this one I would say is the least inginupus, but it's still good! Has a sweet berry taste and the light, slightly sweet cream flavour

I Found these at walmart and not only are they really yummy, but they are low in calories and sugar! My new go to bedtime snack or morning snack ! My kids also over them so thats a bonus

Had a free coupon to try it out & I'm not disappointed. It was creamy, smooth & delicious. Tasted really luxurious compared to other yogurts I had tried. Kinda pricy but I would definitely buy it when it's on sale.
