This product works great, when I feel a cold coming on I head straight for the medicine cabinat and reach for the 1000mg Vitamin C it is a product that starts to work right away. I like that it comes in different flavors and it tastes great. I make sure it is always in my home and will definately recommend to family and friends. and I also feel confident knowing that it is in my home.
