If you have really sore muscles, aches and pains this is the one for me. I only take it at night before I go to bed and I wake up refreshed in the morning and painfree. The one thing you have to be really careful of is that you don'[t take it with anything else. Be sure to read all the directions.... I would recommend this to anyone that has success with Advil.
