POV: You cannot afford to get sick right now.
POV: You cannot afford to get sick right now 😤🤧
Between cheer comps, tryouts, coaching, training, and just real life, I’ve been using AOR Andrographis since I felt a bit of a cold coming on. Not gonna lie, it’s a little bitter and has a bit of a smell 😅 but nothing wild, and honestly worth it when your schedule is nonstop.
Nothing dramatic, but I seem to be doing okay, not as strong as real cold meds, but I also haven’t gotten any sicker, which feels like a win 🙌
It’s Canadian-made 🇨🇦, traditionally used in herbal medicine to help reduce symptoms of the common cold and upper respiratory tract infections, and I like having something gentle in my routine during chaotic seasons.
If you’re juggling sports, work, kids, school, or life in general and trying not to get sick, I see you 🫶
Disclosure: Gifted but 100% honest - if it sucked, I'd tell you.

⚠️ Full Disclosure: I would likely reach for something a bit stronger if I was any more congested than what I was now.
