As a migraineur, one of the supplements I added to my preventative routine is AOR Coenzyme Q10. It helps me to have fewer migraine attacks and increased my migraine threshold. Easier to swallow, and to increase its absorption I usually take 200mg a day with avocado. A must have for me.

Helps reduce migraine & associated IBS symotons

I have been taking the AOR Coenzyme Q10 for the last 10 days. I have noticed reduced nausea that is caused by migraines and related IBS symptoms. Supports good health & a clear head

helping me feel normal

i`ve been wanting to try for awhile now, and have been given the chance and i got it for free.
Food and my body are enemies, being in the grey zone of having Crohn's mixed in with IBS and IBD and throw in several pages of food intolerances and allergies, almost everday is a not feel good day in some way. But.. what i can say is when i started taking the coenzyme Q10 i slowly started to notice a change, i do admit i questioned myself several times, because when you dont know what normal is supposed too feel like and you start to feel normal.. the only way i can describe it is my stomach didnt feel like a stormy ocean, it was calm, still, quiet. not upset, no cramps after eating, no Nausea... no nothing. for me that`s a big something especially when you dont know what normal is supposed to feel like, just your body doing what it`s supposed to do in a still calm way. this is what the coenzyme Q10 did for me and i am very happy about it and will continue to take it. so i would tell everyone if you have the same problem as me you should give it a try

Great for migraine prevention

As someone who deals with migraines especially for pressure change in the weather, I thought give this a try. After one week or trying it I feel like I haven’t need to reach for my migraine pills. This time of year get pretty bad for me. The reason I’m giving it a 4 though is I feel like I need to try it for a longer period to be sure!

I’ve been taking them for a couple weeks now and don’t feel much of a difference, I imagine you probably have to take them for at least a month or longer. I will continue to take them to see if I do eventually feel a difference.
