Great so far!

I’ve been using AOR for many years, and I really love their sleep supplements, they help with anxiety, stress, and sleep.

So when I had the opportunity to try the new Coenzyme Q10, I was really excited. I get migraines (it runs in my family) and am sensitive to hot and cold triggers. While I don’t want to overstate anything yet, I have noticed my migraines haven’t been as bad or as frequent lately.

I need more time to see the full benefits of this new supplement, but so far, I’m really enjoying it. AOR is a brand I trust. Canadian made in Calgary, Alberta and I love their other products too. Their B-complex and magnesium supplements work wonders for me as well!

Great Antioxidant

After using this product for 3 weeks I'm Noticing A slight change to my migraine headaches. They are beginning to happen less often. And when I do experience one I noticed that the nausea is not as prevalent. I am also finding.I have a little bit more energy that I can go a little bit longer throughout the day.Without getting tired. This is a plus for me.

Proudly Canadian Coenzyme Q10

AOR Coenzyme Q10 is an essential factor on the production of cellular energy and healthy cardiovascular function. I was happy to receive a free sample of this proudly Canadian supplement to try. I don’t know yet whether I’ve experienced any long term improvements but I haven’t felt worse.

Great for migraine prevention

So I received this for free to try. Seems like a good vitamin. I’ve taken CoQ 10 before as it was recommended by my neurologist to help prevent my migraines. I like that this is a Canadian Company. It seems to do the job as well I’ve had less migraines since taking this product.

Canadian made and good for your health

We started using CoQ10 after my husband’s doctor suggested taking it as part of his overall routine for managing high blood pressure. It’s been an easy addition to his day, simple to take, no issues with tolerance, and reassuring to know it supports cardiovascular and cellular energy health. Easy to take

I found it easy to swallow without an unpleasant taste. Will have to see if it helps to prevent my migraines over time! I like that it has the added benefit of helping cardiovascular function.

A great addition to your health routine

A smart addition to your health and wellness routine, AOR's CoenzymeQ10 is a must have for everyone, but especially those firmly in the midlife camp of life. (Looking at you Millenials!) What does it do? It takes care of you at the cellular level. CoenzymeQ10 is a building block that supports cellular energy function, has been known to support those with migraines (shortens severity and duration) as well as supporting heart, brain and muscle health.

Personally, I've noticed the few migraines I had seemed easier to deal with and get rid of while I've been taking the CoenzymeQ10 - which is a blessing I'll take any day, as a chronic migraine sufferer!

So far so good

I have been taking Coenzme Q10 for about 10 days. I have had no ill effects. I suffer from migraines for 12 to 15 days a month. We arec10 days in ans so far no migraine. I will continue to to take this twice a day and see how the rest of the month goes.

AOR Coenzyme Q10 Benefits

• I have long heard about the many benefits of the supplement Coenzyme Q10, including antioxidant protection; supporting energy-demanding organs like the heart through the production of ATP; and even reducing the frequency of migraine headaches, and its associated nausea and vomiting when taken as a preventative.

Luckily, I was chosen to receive a complementary bottle of AOR Coenzyme Q10. A proud and tested Canadian company, I have seen a variety of supplements offered by AOR (@aorhealth).

Be it due to my body’s depleted vitality, I noticed that after a few weeks of using AOR Coenzyme Q10, I felt more apt to get back into shape; I was surprised at the fact in which I was able to increase my activity level. Most surprisingly, even the muscle fatigue that I normally expect after exercising was not as bad.

And while it’s nothing to brag about, my diet has not been the best, resulting in persistent bowel disruption and the occasional bought of nausea. But since taking AOR Coenzyme Q10, I have found that my digestion has become much better, which has led to normal ‘elimination’ as professionals like to call it. Even those periods of nausea began to cease over time. Although I cannot confirm that the enhancement of CoQ10 resulted in these two factors, I can attest that there have been obvious changes.

I should mention that none of these improvements occurred immediately. Rather, I saw gradual improvements as time went on. All this to say, I am convinced to continue my new regime and I encourage others who are looking to support their cardiovascular and digestive health to try AOR Coenzyme Q10. Easy to swallow - no after taste.

I found these very easy to swallow as they were a smaller size capsule. I love that there was no aftertaste. I have only been taking these for 2 weeks so not sure if there is any affect yet but I will continue to take them and see if I experience anything significant. I found from my Dr. that this is a good supplement to protect your heart while taking a statin drug.
