It is proudly Canadian and these AOR products are known to be backed by science - they are available online and at any of your health food store. This bottle of L- Carnitine has 120 capsules in it. It can help with muscle tissue repairing as well as gaining some energy especially after working out or doing any kind of daily activities. I like that it can help with fat metabolism as well. I’ve been using it for a week straight and started noticing the energy boost after two days of taking it. It has been helping me with boosting my energy that I’ve been lacking for the past few years - keeping me going while chasing my kids around and helping my mom who has ALS, with things that she needs help with. I love the extra energy boost

Whenever i try a new supplement, the first thing i try to figure out is if it will give me heartburn and nausea, and thankfully, AOR L-Carnitine is well tolerated by my stomach. I tried taking it with my breakfast or lunch since it has been giving me the extra energy kick. I have very low energy levels and i find it really difficult to get myself started with any exercise but lo and behold, i did not take a nap (what i mean is sleeping until 1pm), got my laundry done, run in the treadmill, vacuumed and washed the floors, and cooked meals. I felt like a superwoman! I think it is very promising. Lower fatigue for me means getting things done and exercises done. My goal is to get some cardio and weights regularly and i feel like this supplement is gonna help me achieve it. This is a good high quality product for sure.

I was excited to try this product as I've been reading about supplements to support my body as I re-integrate strength exercises back into my life. So far so good

To be honest, I’m not even sure if this is because of AOR, but I recently increased the weight of my dumbbells, and I’m not as sore as I used to be.

I’ve only been using this for a week, so I still have a long way to go, but so far, so good. Let’s see how this goes.
