Didn’t work for me

Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. I used it for consistently for 30 days and to be honest I really couldn’t tell any difference. My symptoms for menopause were mild and I suppose if I had more symptoms, maybe I would be able to see the difference. But unfortunately, I wouldn’t purchase this product again.

I was excited to try this product as I struggle with energy and focus. And I found it worked immediately, like a wave of energy has washed over me. Easy and effective

I have just recently read about the benefits of NMN so this came at a great time to try. I love that it's a Canadian brand and has a long history and high standards. I like that it is a higher dose and is targeting all the things I have been having troubles with. I have noticed my joints feeling better and more energy than before. I will be 50 soon and I will be buying this in the future to help with aging factors for sure. It's easy to take each day and can be with or without food.

These AOR MNM-600 mg capsules help maintain NAD+ levels in the body by supporting NAD+ metabolism. NAD+ supports cellular health and energy and, unfortunately, declines as we age. So, I am taking these capsules in the hope that they will support healthy aging, energy and vitality. What that means for me is that I don't want to run out of steam trying to get all the things I need to get done in a day! There is research that supports its use in improving physical performance. I am honestly thrilled to see this as so many supplements don't offer science-backed evidence and just seem to go off vibes. As with any supplements, it is hard to isolate cause and effects and on the topic of aging, well, it does feel like it is a time will only tell scenario... However, I will say in my short time using this, that I have felt a little less fatigued while doing physical activity and generally running around (which I do a lot of).

These AOR MNM-600 mg capsules were any easy addition to my routine. You take one per day with or without food which meant I could easy add it to my existing vitamin schedule - which is also once a day in the mornings. The capsules are a regular size and are easy to swallow. There is no weird taste or after taste. I appreciate that they are made in Canada and although I do not follow a special diet, can appreciate that they are vegan-free, gluten-free and GMO-free. This means they can be used by a wide range of people who may have special dietary restrictions. There doesn't seem to be any side effects from taking them.

Overall, I think this is an easy thing to add to your current vitamin regimen to at the very least try and see if it makes a difference to you.

I have been reading a lot about NAD+ lately and wondered if it would help boost my energy. I tried looking for supplements to order, but it was very confusing. as there are so many option out there. I was not familiar with NMN before I was sent AOR NMN-600 in exchange for my honest review and had to do a bit of reading first.

I’m a nurse, I work long shifts, and I’m at an age where my energy is a struggle. By the end of the day, especially after being on my feet for hours, I really feel it. Anything that fits easily into my busy routine and supports my health is something I’m open to.

From my research, NMN may help improve physical performance in short duration, low-resistance activities like walking for those of us in mid-life. This feels right for me, since most of my day is literally just walking nonstop from patient to patient.

NMN is a NAD+ precursor. NAD+ or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a critical coenzyme found in every cell in the body that has been shown to enhance energy metabolism, improve mitochondrial metabolism and prevent age-linked changes in gene expression. Meaning it helps to initiate or assist in hundreds of metabolic reactions. Declining NAD+ levels are seen alongside a loss in the function of our cells, a natural function of aging. It helps in energy metabolism and tissue formulation, and in the improvement of physical performance in low-resistance short-duration exercise in middle aged adults. NMN is a direct NAD+ precursor, unlike the popular molecule Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) which must first be converted into NMN.

Essential if you want to stay active whilst aging

I did not know when I received this product that NMN is going to be my everyday supplement. Imagine having the same energy as a 20s year old while being 40. As far as I researched it is safe for the liver too. It's a keeper for me.
