I’ve been using AOR vitamin C capsules for the past 2 months and I genuinely feel the difference. It gives me steady energy, my immune system feels stronger and I recover from colds much faster than before. I take vitamin C every season when things start going around, just as part of my routine.

Keeping you healthy in the winter months

I always try to supplement my immune system during the winter months, especially around cold and flu season. This usually means including some addityonal vitamine C to my routine. I've swited to using AOR Vitamine C and so far so good, I feel like it does just as good of a job as my normal brand, its not too hard to swallow, and it being Canadian is always a plus. An Essential Vitamin

I take Vitamin C daily to help with the absorption of the other vitamins that I take to stay healthy. This brand worked great for me, like any other Vitamin C but my only concern was why does the pill have to be so big? It’s rather intimidating while I am taking all of my other vitamins with it.
