As a busy mom I forget to take vitamins and forget how essential they are to being healthy and having a sustainable lifestyle. Taking these reminded me that it is something I should be doing everyday and that it is important to stay on top of my health. Keeping you healthy in the winter months

I always try to supplement my immune system during the winter months, especially around cold and flu season. This usually means including some addityonal vitamine C to my routine. I've swited to using AOR Vitamine C and so far so good, I feel like it does just as good of a job as my normal brand, its not too hard to swallow, and it being Canadian is always a plus. If you can find it near you at a reasonable price its worth picking up.

An Essential Vitamin

I take Vitamin C daily to help with the absorption of the other vitamins that I take to stay healthy. This brand worked great for me, like any other Vitamin C but my only concern was why does the pill have to be so big? It’s rather intimidating while I am taking all of my other vitamins with it.
