The supplement is a small size, easy to swallow and no weird taste. Also noticing that there were no side effects for me like most supplements. This one doesn't turn excrement into a neon color. Being in the early months of a new year, our resolutions are still fresh in our mind. It is safe to say that a healthier lifestyle is commonly at the top of people's resolutions. I find it is the smaller goals and habits that make it easier to continue month to month. AND what is smaller than a small daily vitamin!? I have been trying the AOR Zinc-Copper Balance for a few weeks now. Being the cold winter months, this is a welcomed vitamin as it helps Maintain the immune system!
Zinc is known for its important role in the immune system. Zinc is essential for the function of white blood cells to protect the body from invasion from bacteria and viruses. Zinc also helps to regulate inflammation and wound healing. It is a key factor in the formation and healing of connective tissues. This in turn can help with the structure and flexibility of skin, hair and nails.
Copper helps to produce and repair connective tissues , form red blood cells and maintain normal iron transport in the body.

All these benefits are packed into a small pill format which is very easy to swallow! A bonus for me, is it has no taste !
While I have yet to finish a full bottle, immune support is always welcome and on the vain side of a resolution, who wouldn't want healthy hair skin and nails ;)

Love the Zinc Copper Combo

I had no idea that you should take copper with zinc, and when I found out, I was so happy to find AOR’s zinc copper supplement. I already trust AOR as a brand so getting my zinc/cooper from them was a no brainer. These are tiny capsules, so very easy to swallow and not hard on my sensitive tummy.

Great Canadian made product

Zinc is something I have always taken as part of my vitamin intake and/or to aid in my immune system as needed. I was given a bottle of zinc-copper balance by AOR to try in exchange for my review.

I like the tiny blue capsules. They were easy to swallow not to mention cute and different, so I can’t mix them up with any of my other medications. As a chronically ill person these small things do make a difference.

In taking zinc in the past I didn’t consider the impact it was having on my copper levels. This product is a balanced ratio of two key minerals.

Small capsules, easy to swallow

I’ve been taking zinc occasionally, with other supplements, but I only recently learned how important it is. AOR Zinc - Copper Balance addresses this issue. One small capsule per day adds enough zinc to maintain immune system and help with the formation and healing of connective tissues.

Zinc deficiency is common, especially in elderly, but copper is often overlooked. Taking too much zinc can result in copper deficiency, which is why this supplement contains the perfect balance of both of these important minerals.

I find that the supplement is easy to take, as the capsule is small and easy to swallow. Beyond that it would be hard to say if it’s helping, since I would have to take it for much longer. I also only supplement when I know that I’m not getting enough nutrients through food, so I take supplements like this one only occasionally. I love having it on hand, though. I love that the product is vegan, to agree with my dietary restrictions.

Several upgrades!!!

I have been taking this now for a few weeks and I have noticed that during cold and flu season it seems to be keeping my immune system stronger which I love! I have also noticed a significant change in my nails and hair loss. It seems to be making my nails stronger which is an amazing thing for me because my nails are always peeling and brittle. Another possible change I’ve noticed but it’s hard to tell for sure without testing it longer is my sleep seems to be getting better which if this is the case after further testing is enough for me to say YES and keep on! All in all I have noticed several key changes and am super impressed. I did a bit of research and discovered it’s pretty common to be zinc deficient because getting it from diet alone is hard so this was a welcome product test for me and I am thankful I got to try this and upgrade several areas of my life!

Excellent quality and effectiveness

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks and I’m really impressed. My hair shedding has noticeably decreased, and my nails are stronger and less prone to breaking.
