I was skeptical but the zinc in this really worked

It kept my colds at bay, and every sickness (which hasn't been a lot) has been so low-key that I'm sure it's because of the zinc. This was a completely different story compared to last year when we just kept getting sick, and it would hit us hard and for long periods. Copper helps the immune system too, so maybe this was a double-whammy in the best way. Take that, sickies!!

good to have it in my daily supplement routine

I’ve been taking AOR Zinc-Copper Balance daily since 2 weeks ago and I’m really happy with it. It’s easy to swallow, with just one small capsule a day and no aftertaste. no negative effects so far and I seem noticed less hair shedding after showers, and also stronger, healthier nails. appreciate that it keeps my zinc and copper in the right balance. One easy tablet

I take in everyday. I didn’t know it could throw your copper out of balance. I also didn’t realize you needed a perfect ratio to keep your body functioning, right. I love that. This is just one capsule a day in the capsule, small and easy to swallow and no aftertaste. I like I don’t have to take anther supplement, this capsule has the perfect ratio of zinc and copper.
