The calligraphy tip makes winged liner a breeze! It applies very evenly and smooth and the formula is great for all day wear. It's the best eyeliner I've ever used.

Before I found this I was looking for a felt tip eyeliner like this that only one other brand I know HAD. The way this eyeliner is, is slanted on the end. It makes it very easy for me to trace along the top of my eye, creating the perfect cat eye! I am very happy with Avons. It is not too inky, and stays on forever. I dont k ow that I would recommend for the bottom water line, as I myself have problems using liquid eyeliner for this purpose.
