This has to be my favorite alcoholic beverage. I've had it straight, over ice, with milk, coffee, used it to make other drinks....It does not disappoint. It's not overly sweet and has a smooth, creamy texture. I saw someone review that they've had it with ice cream. Great idea! Thank you for that. (It is pricey considering how quickly it goes. That's the only downside I can think of).

I am not a big drinker but once in a while I do really enjoy baileys in a glass of ice cold milk or a hot cup of coffee after supper.. it is a great treat every once in a while!

Bailey's Irish Creme is a simply fabulous liqueur. I use it in my coffee and my pre-going out shot mix! I take Bailey's Cinnamon Vanilla and mix it with Smirnoff Cinna-Sugar. It tastes kind of like a cinnamon toast crunch shot! It's become a favorite for all of my friends! Sometimes I even just drink Bailey's over ice. So smooth and rich!

Baileys is an amazing creamer, it is good on ice cream, in hot chocolate, or in coffee. For sure a must have!
