I use the childrens as my 3 year old has allergies and her Dr recommend it. I find it helps with her coughing and sneezing and helps her get a better sleep at night.

Benadryl Liquid is the best allergy formula out there in liquid form. Tastes like cinnomon but find it works right away with sneezing and itcy watery eyes.
