Perfect for Acne-Prone Skin

This facial wash is one of the best additions to my daily routine. I am so eager to eliminate acne and I found that Benzagel not only helps to kill pimples, it also prevents the appearance of new ones. This wash is pretty gentle to my skin as I do not have any dry feeling after using it. I noticed that my existing acne started to fade and disappear, and I like it because it is a targeted wash with the active ingredient Benzoyl Peroxide 5%, designed to treat acne prone skin.

Good for killing, eliminating, and preventing acne

I received and tested this product for 2 weeks, and I agree that it effectively kills, eliminates, and prevents the bacteria that cause acne breakouts. The acne pimples on my skin were cleared up fairly quickly after applying this acne wash for a few days. I did not feel any discomfort on my skin, so I've been washing my face with it two times a day - in the morning and evening.

The acne wash I just need!

I like to use this wash during the summer months when it's hotter than other months of the year. With more sweat, my glands tend to get clogged more often and leads to more breakouts. That's why the benzagel acne wash is great to have. It's good on my sensitive skin and a bottle usually lasts me 3 months which is more than my summer days!

Good if you need it

You can feel the grittiness in the solution when sudsing up your face. Have this having makes it feel as though it is more affective in reducing acne and redness. I love the light consistency as well. I am not a huge fan of the bottle application, I wish it was a squeeze tube or a pump.

For individuals facing excessive oiliness or acne, especially teenagers, this line presents a highly effective solution even though it might not cater to hydration needs. During my use, I did not experience any new breakouts, and any existing acne was promptly addressed.

With its 5% Benzoyl Peroxide concentration, this line excels at its intended purpose. Nevertheless, I opted to supplement the provided moisturizer with an additional one to meet my skin's specific hydration requirements.

An effective clean without drying out skin

I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I am a biracial woman in my mid-30s with oily, acne-prone skin. I used this acne wash every morning & night for approx. 1 week and paired it with the After Care Moisturizing Lotion and the Acne Gel. I received this product around the time of my period and as I tend to breakout around this tie, it was perfect for testing. I noticed a difference in my skin after a few days - less breakouts and the two pimples that have popped up were noticeably smaller. It did not dry out my skin or leave it feeling tchy or tight - it's a great, gentle face wash to combat those pesky pimples!

It’s so gentle with mild soap. Has capability to penetrate deep into pores to kill bacteria thats causing acne.

Gentler then I was expecting

It is a very runny white cleanser that you don't need much of to get a good lather. It does tingle a little bit on my skin but nothing too uncomfortable. Once I rinse it off my face feels a little tight but it doesn't leave my skin looking dry and flaky like other cleansers I've used. If you have occasional breakouts like me, I would recommend using this when you start to see acne start to flare up. Only negative I experienced was the bleaching damaged caused to fabric which it did have a warning about on the box.
