Works Well

I like using this whenever my muscles start to swell up, I also like to use it when my muscles are inflamed. It works well and fast, it is cooling so it allows your muscles to relax and the swelling to go down. It is expensive at $30 but it lasts a long time as it is a gel you do not need a lot. You can put it on yourself as it does not need to be massaged in.

I do not go anywhere without my Biofreeze gel tube. It is super effective at relieving muscle aches and pains. I was involved in a car accident earlier this year and this gel was recommended by my doctor. It's clear. It faintly smells of menthol when you are applying it. It's dry after application and has no smell once it dries. It's way better than those sticky, greasy, smelly pain relief products.

I find this to be far more effective than oral pain relievers for muscle and joint pain. Use it on the whole family for sore, tired muscles or inflamed joints. Reduces swelling and brings rapid relief. Does not irritate skin or stain clothing. Non-greasy and pleasantly scented.

Expensive, relaxes muscles, but doesn't heal

I have chronic left shoulder pain and have had two surgeries to attempt to repair it. My Dr. recommended I try biofreeze and it did nothing at all. for my pain. if someone suffers from minor pains in the shoulder,knee back it may prove a little relief but if you have real pain. Try something else

My husband uses this on his back for pulled muscles. He has a very strenuous job and his back hurts so much. We apply this before work and after work. It's amazing.
