Really good one

This tastes a little bit like strawberry flavored yogurt but thinned down. I don't mind the taste as much and it feels very lightweight. Doesn't really feel like I'm drinking anything. I haven't seen much difference in my skin so far but my tummy is very happy. My gas issues are less than before and digestion has improved a lot.

Noticeable results in little time!

I’ve been taking this product for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed with the changes I’ve noticed. The first thing that I noticed was how I was not as bloated anymore after meals… my stomach started feeling lighter and more “balanced” throughout the day. At first, it really seems like a subtle change, but after two weeks, I feel like I had almost no discomfort anymore (regarding bloating and digestion). Another super important point that I found was a wonderful result from taking this product was how my body felt overall more awake and more boosted. I usually feel tired midday, but I definitely feel less sluggish now and my energy seems more steady! My skin has also been looking clearer and it does feel healthier overall, but I didn’t start taking this product for those reasons. I have been taking the Skin Health and Immune Support Fortified Probiotic for the past two weeks and my body is loving it. I have definitely felt the difference and as someone who takes collagen and probiotics, it's convenient having both in one product. The strawberry flavour is absolutely delicious and I love the added vitamins and minerals. I do have to admit that starting out, the full dose was a bit too heavy for my stomach, I needed time to adjust. But after a few days, I was able to take the full dose no problem. This is something I will continue to take. Not only is it delicious but it works so well.

easy to use and loved the results

This probiotic powder was very easy to work into my morning routine! I loved all of the health benefits and I really noticed a difference in my bloating after using it for a couple of weeks. It is strawberry flavoured but it took me a little bit to get used to the taste. Other than that, I loved it!

I really like the flavour of Bioteena 40+ Probiotic Powder.

It’s very subtle and easy to drink. I can have it on its own with water, or mix it into my smoothies without it overpowering the taste.

After trying it for a bit, I’ve noticed a little less bloating, which is a great sign for me. I’m feeling positive about continuing to use it and seeing the benefits over time!!

Helped with my bloating

For someone who bloats few days to their period, I didn’t bloat this time around. I took bioteem everyday for 14 days. First thing in the morning before I eat anything. I got a two pimples which is normal because my period is on the way. I’m just happy with this product tbh
