Poor design

I received the Black Adam "Hawk Cruiser Patrol Black Adam and Hawkman" free to review from Spin Master toys through Butterly. My 8 year old son LOVES the toy, however, it is not very well thought out/designed. I was initially impressed by the detailed look of the figures' facial expressions. They are very well done in that respect. But when my son tried to play with the figures, we realized they are not very poseable. They appear to have articulated limbs, but only one of Black Adams arms can bend, and Hawkmans arms are stuck stiff. Hawkman's wings look really cool, but they will not stay on and my son has asked me if I can glue them on for him. We like that the characters can fit inside the cruiser but it doesn't really do anything and there is not much play potential when the figures can not be posed and their accessories fall of constantly. This toy seems like more of a "display" type thing for collectors, rather than something truly designed for play. Overall, it seems like this toy could be revisited and improved on before released because it does have potential in spite of its flaws in design.
