Would rather suffer the stomach ache

I first tried this a few years ago. I did not enjoy it at all and it scared away from finding alternatives to cow milk so I suffered through the stomach ache until recently when I tried silk. So much better than this crap. Spend the extra $1.50 for the refrigerated silk version.
