Great sunscreen for kids

This arrived right on time for our summer season. Blue Lizard has long been our family's preferred sunscreen, and it's an excellent choice for families with children. It's mineral-based, so it's gentle on children's skin. There are no harsh chemicals, no fragrances, and the product is water-resistant for 80 minutes. The spray format is simple and fast to apply to children. It's simple to apply to the skin and leaves no white cast. I strongly suggest this product.

Easy to use! Easy on Skin

This is super gentle when applying. Goes on easy and does not smell strongly. I prefer the lotion to the spray because I have breathing issues but for kids that are moving around and hard to keep still, this is an easy way to make sure they are protected from the sun.

Lizard Sunscreen was supposed to be for my kid, but let’s be honest, I’ve been sneaking it for myself too.
We start our day with it, and re-apply it at lunch and supper time, and it’s a breeze to reapply with the spray-on can. Exactly what I want in a kids’ sunscreen: no weird smell, super easy to apply, and gentle. My kid usually is sensitive to textures so it’s important for us to have one that’s not sticky or smelly! It spreads and absorbs smoothly, and doesn’t sting his eyes. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel greasy at all, especially compared to the usual drugstore brands. So…..I started using it on myself too, especially on rushed mornings when I don’t feel like messing with adult sunscreen. It’s just so easy!
We have one in his school bag and another in our summer bag at all times! Kid and mom friendly :)

Great Kids Sunscreen!

This is a fantastic kids mineral sunscreen! Love that it was super gentle and made without harsh chemicals. Best part was no white cast! Reapplication was easy every few hours with the spray nozzle.

Must read and follow directions

We’ve loved blue lizard sunscreen since it won allure best of beauty ! ( we especially liked SPF 50 sensitive mineral lotion) Our children , like most have sensitive skin and don’t love being slathered with sunscreen , especially when bikes , pools and friends are calling their name ! The new aerosol SPF 50 (!!) was a hit with mom and the kids for its quick application without irritation. We sprayed and then were sure to rub it in and as promised it dried completely clear. PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! This needs to be shaken WELL BEFORE AND DURING APPLICATION. SKIN NEEDS TO BE SATURATED TO ASSURE EFFICIENT SPF COVERAGE BEFORE RUBBING IT IN. it’s slightly greasy , like any sunscreen. To be fair we haven’t tested in high uva/uvb but we will be. The times we’ve tried,it did provide skin protection.

Leaves no white cast

My daughter have been using the
blue lizard spray for few weeks. This sunscreen absorbs quickly and is non-greasy! It has no scent and is "nature friendly" according to the packaging. It comes out a bit concentrated, but when you rub it in, it's absorbed right into the skin. It leaves no white cast and easy to blend!
