Kids sunscreen

First off I love a good spray bottle for kids sunscreen it’s super easy to spray on and apply. My child is super active and always on the go so chasing after him to apply sunscreen can be challenging but the spray is good to just spray directly on him and rub it in. It has good coverage, and had no concerns while using it. Will continue to use over the summer. I would recommend this product. I love that it’s a mineral sunscreen and waterproof is also a plus

Great spray sunscreen

As a parent, I’m always on the lookout for products that are not only safe and effective but also easy to use—especially when it comes to sunscreen for my kids. After trying a number of different brands, I recently gave BLUE LIZARD Kids Spray SPF 50 a shot, and I’m happy to say it’s one of the better ones I’ve used.

What really stood out to me was how easy it is to apply. The spray goes on in a fine mist, which makes it much less of a struggle when I’m chasing after a squirmy child. It doesn’t feel sticky or greasy, and it absorbs quickly, which I really appreciate. It also didn’t leave a strong scent—something I’ve found to be irritating in other sunscreens, especially for my child who has sensitive skin.

I also love that it’s mineral-based, using zinc oxide for broad-spectrum protection. It’s water-resistant (up to 80 minutes), which gives me peace of mind when the kids are swimming or running around outside in the heat.

Most importantly, it didn’t cause any irritation, rashes or redness or breakouts, which has been a problem with other sunscreens we’ve tried. That’s a huge win for us.

That said, I did notice that like many mineral sunscreens, it can leave a slight white cast on the skin if you don’t rub it in well. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something to keep in mind if your kids have darker skin tones.

Overall, I’m really happy with BLUE LIZARD Kids Spray SPF 50. It gives me confidence that my kids are protected from the sun, and it doesn’t come with any of the hassle or harsh ingredients that some other products have. I’ll definitely be buying this again for summer.

Fun to Use

This was my first time using a spray sunscreen. I liked how the top turned to open and close it. It was easy to spray, but I did have difficulty aiming it where I wanted it.

When you first spray it on, it is white, but then you rub it into your skin so that you can no longer see it. It didn't feel greasy, and it had a very light scent that reminded me of the beach. My kids were also excited to have it sprayed on them.

I enjoyed how easy it was to use, but I personally wouldn't buy it because I worry with sprays that it will get into their eyes. But if a spray is your goto when it comes to sunscreen, then I would recommend this one.

Finally a non sticky sunscreen

Finally a sunscreen that doesn’t make my kiddos sticky! They don’t even fight me to apply it. With good quality ingredients it’s completely fragrance free! My go to this summer

This sun screen is spot on! It sprays out evenly, non greasy and easy to rub in on the skin. The cover is easy to use and locks quick by a simple twist and the sprayer doesn't clog. It provides excellent sun protection at spf 50+ and it absorbs really well into my kid's skin and doesn’t leave a white residue.

The Sunscreen My Kids Actually Love – And I Trust

I love that it offers broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection, and the cool color-changing cap reminds us when UV rays are present. My daughter feels confident riding her bike outside, and I feel great knowing she’s protected.

Non Greasy and seems to stay on easily

Awesome sun screen for sensitive skin. My daughter finds it great for her arms and legs as well as her face. No breakouts and no sensitivities to it. Scent is very little so that is a plus and its not greasy and doesn't rub off easily.

Great sunscreen

My nephew enjoyed this sunscreen. Worked on his sensitive ginger skin! The formula is nice and non greasy and great for travel and on the go. I would purchase again!
