Must have for this summer

Sunscreen in a stick! Is it worth it? 🧴☀️

This sunscreen is good, but I recommend waiting a few minutes for it to fully dry and for the white cast to fade. Although I feel like it doesn’t completely go away, it has no scent at all and has a completely matte finish.

Perfect for On-the-Go Protection, so Gentle

I recently tried the Blue Lizard Sensitive Sunscreen Stick, and it’s quickly become a must-have in my daily bag. The stick format makes application super convenient—just swipe and go! It glides on smoothly, rubs in clear, and doesn’t leave that sticky or greasy feeling like many other sunscreens. I have sensitive skin, and this formula felt really soothing thanks to the aloe vera and shea butter. Best of all, no breakouts or irritation!

Compact, waterproof spf for on the go

The Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen has caught my eye for awhile and I'm glad I finally got to try it.

I love the convenience of sun sticks. They are great for on the go. Compact and easy to throw in your bag or slide into you pocket. Applying and reapplying is made easy with just a few swipes of the stick and blendable with your fingers. I do find you cannot add too much or you end up looking chalky so just a few swipes will do.

The only thing with sunsticks is I'm unsure I am applying enough. I believe one of those spf mirrors that show if you applied enough sunscreen would be handy especially in this case.

It's wonderful that this is made for sensitive skin, it's spf 50, water resistant for up yo 80 minutes. This is vegan and reef friendly. It doesn't dry out the skin or clog the pores. It's also fragrance free.

Although mineral sunscreen is my preference I use both. Do you ahve preference when it comes to sunscreen? If so which do you prefer.

Finally, no white cast!

I recently tried this sunscreen and absolutely loved it! It's so gentle on my skin and works well for all skin types. The best part? No white cast. It blends in beautifully and feels super light.

It also glides on smoothly and doesn't feel greasy at all. Plus its reef-friendly, which makes me feel even better about using it. Definitely a new favourite in my skincare routine!

this is a great sunscreen, does not give me acne. I have medium olive skin and it blends beautifully with no white cast. keep this in my bag to reapply

I put it out in the universe and was happy to find out that I would be trying Blue Lizard's Sunstick!

For anyone that prefers a mineral sunscreen like I do, this one works so well! It comes in such a compact sun stick that you can take anywhere with you! The mineral sunscreen rubs in very easily and doesn't pill like other sunscreens. It goes on white and rubs in clear, which is very cool, so no worrying about a whitecast! I also noticed that it doesn't have a scent, which is great! It has great UVA and UVB protection and is water resistant, which is a must these days!

I also like that it is great for sensitive skin and has added skin conditioning ingredients. I think it's awesome that it is reef friendly and has an ultra-low global warming potential!

Portable protection!

Thanks to @thisisbutterly I recently tried the Blue Lizard SPF 50+ Mineral Sunscreen Stick. I have wanted to try a sunscreen stick for awhile now but never seemed to find one that would easily fit into my purse. The Blue Lizard SPF 50+ Mineral Sunscreen Stick is 14g, so it is the perfect size for keeping in my bag or pocket. The stick format makes it easy to apply, and reapply for quick touch-ups on my face, ears, and neck. It goes on smoothly without feeling greasy, and it stays put during hot weather and outdoor activities.

For my sensitive skin, I appreciate that the Blue Lizard SPF 50+ Mineral Sunscreen Stick contains zinc oxide, a mineral-based active ingredient, which does not cause any irritation or breakouts, and provides a strong, broad-spectrum protection from both UVA and UVB rays. I also love that the formula is fragrance-free, reef-safe, and water-resistant for up to 80 minutes, which makes it a great option for beach days or sports.

Heads-up: like most zinc sticks, it can leave a bit of a white cast—blend well! Also, it does not sit well over makeup, it works best on bare skin or under your base.

Must have sunscreen for the summer!

A must have for the summer months ahead! I am loving the convenience of this sunscreen and will be throwing it into my purse for on-the-go reapplication. This mineral sunscreen dispenses like a glue stick making application super easy while ensuring an even distribution of product. I was worried it would leave a white cast or be too thick due to its high SPF coverage but was surprised to find that it wasn’t too heavy and was easy to spread. It also did not leave a sticky or uncomfortable residue behind. The formula even contains skin moisturizing ingredients such as shea butter, aloe Vera, and vitamin E. Bonus! It also is reef-friendly meaning it does not contain any harmful chemicals like oxybenzone and octinoxate - making it the perfect travel sunscreen to take on those beach vacations!
