Due to my work and life schedule, I often have a hard time falling and staying asleep at night. I ordered this scented mist from Body Shop's Buy 3 Get 3 Free sale online hoping that it would enhance restful sleep as it promises. To be honest, I found the scent annoying. I find it smells kind of citrus-y, which to me, is the complete opposite of relaxing. It did not help me sleep the couple of nights that I tried using it. I have stopped using it altogether and gifted it to someone else who likes the smell. I am going back to pure lavender scents for a restful sleep at night.
