    Healthy Never Tasted this Good!

❤️Firstly the taste is AWESOME! Boost Chocolate tastes just like chocolate milk.
❤️Secondly, we can all benefit from the protein found in Boost Complete Nutrition, which you can conveniently carry wherever you go.
    ❤️Lastly, it's reasonably priced around $9.50 (CAD) for a 6 pack.

    Some benefits of protein:
I thought protein only helped build and repair muscle, but it does so much more, you can add bone, hair, and nails to the above. It also assists your immune system and gives you energy. You can find more benefits at BOOST.com
(I crossed checked Boost's findings with Healthline and Harvard Medical.)

    Boost my nutrition by boost

My nutritionist has recommended me to take some extra protein for maintaining strong bones and to meet the added protein requirements as a nursing mother. I really needed to add some extra protein to my daily diet. I was suffering from bone-joints pain due to the lack of proper protein intake. So I was looking for something that can help me with recover bone strength. Sometimes it becomes very hard for me to eat on time because of household works, baby and outside workloads. Then I have been introduced with this Nestle Boost meal replacement nutritional drink. I wanted to give a try and I liked it.
Now I should tell a little about why do we need extra protein in our daily diet. Protein is the most essential element of our daily diet which is made of amino acids. Our body gets amino acids broadly in two ways:
    • Amino acid provided by our daily diets
    • Amino acids produced by our own body
Health experts say that the amino acids from the external sources are more important than those produced by our body. On the other hand, our body do not store the extra amino acids like carbohydrates and fats. That is why it is very important to provide enough protein to us regularly.
Boost is very creamy and flavorful. They come in four flavours: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry. and peach. I love the vanilla one most. This gluten free drink does not contain any artificial sweeteners or colours. The drink is full of balanced nutrition, which contains calcium, magnesium, various minerals, and essential vitamins to keep my muscle and bone on a good track.
When and how I drink this Boot nutritional protein drink:
I usually drink this directly from the bottle when:
    - I am really hungry and I do not have the chance to prepare food
    - I do not have enough time to make a meal and I am really in a hurry
    - Sometimes when I am relaxing in the afternoon and I need snacks
    - After working out I prepare a smoothie
    - Sometimes during my break time
I always try to keep one bottle on my purse while I am out.
