cheap as chips and brilliant on dry sensitive skin

I change up my toner everytime I my skin needs something. This one is brilliant for moisturising and along with my cream it locks in moisture all day. This is cheap as chips at £2.39 for 200ml and one sweep is enough for my full face. There is alcohol in the ingredients but the glycerine counteracts any dryness caused by it. This isn't a bells and whistles toner but toners don't need to be. Leave that to your serums and creams. This leaves my face soft and smooth after use with no tightness what so ever. A good all round toner that will help calm and moisturise your skin.
