Sticky and tight

This primer is not at all what I expect to get out of my primer. It is sticky and tight is soon as it goes on. Even seems to leave a slight white cast on the face. It has to be set with the translucent powder before applying any make up on top. This seems to defeat the purpose of the primer. It has a slight medicinal smell. I recently purchased the Boscia Porefecting White Charcoal Treatment Primer. I heard about it on YouTube while watching a beauty video! I'm very weird with primers cause most don't work for me because I have oily skin. This primers different! It keeps my makeup matte all day with no sign of oil! It is a bit pricy but totally worth it. I got it from Sephora.
