So I. do think that this is a great product but I did have a bad experience with it I am assuming that I put the adhesive on my nose too tightly because I woke up the next morning after having slept with it on with a huge bruise because it suctionEd so well to my nose it only happen the one time but I would say that if you use this product don't put on too well because you'll wake up looking like you got punched in the Face

These do the job pretty well. I used them for a two nights because I got some samples and did notice a difference! Not sure how much they cost for a full box but I'd buy them.

I get very stuffy at night when I lay down and sometimes have to sleep with 2 or 3 pillows but with this product that all changes. My nose opens up and I can breath great. My only thing is that it doesn't last all night and I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and am all stuffy again so have to change the strip.

this product is great. it really works. I bought it for my husband because he has trouble sleeping a night and he snores a bit too..but when he put these strips on the snoring stops and he breaths better...great value too.

Works fantastic when I'm congested and trying to sleep. I find it even more effective when stuck with a sinus cold and can't take any medication, helps me breath!

I love these! I received a sample of them and have been buying them ever since. I only need them when I have a cold or when someone in my home is suffering from allergies but they work for me. I have sensitive skin and I didn't get any kind of irritation from these. They fit on my nose and definitely made it easier to breathe. Any residue left behind was easily washed off in the morning. I like that they are drug free and they don't feel uncomfortable to wear.

These work really well! Once you put it on, you don't even notice it. I sleep better because it helps to open up your nose, which helps me snore less. If you haven't tried them, you should!

I find these definitely help, but not 100%. They help me breathe better, but not normally. I mean I knew this wouldn't take away my congestion completely but I guess I just expected more for all of the great reviews I've read on this.

I've had many free samples and also decided to buy it. This product does work, I've used this when I had a cold and it opened my nostrils. To make sure the product works you have to place it properly and have no oil residue on your nose and it will stay in place.

These are so simple yet now I always have a few by my nightstand. I only use them when I get really sick with a stuffed nose and can't breathe through my nose at night. These are really the only thing that gives any improvement for that, and it can be so hard to try to sleep through your mouth at night when you're sick. The placement of the strips on the nose is key and they don't reposition b/c they're so sticky so make sure you get the spot right on the first try. When the placement is correct I can immediately feel more air and flow through my nasal cavity. Sometimes I use a face oil to remove them in the morning b/c they do stick on there super tightly.
