Delicious and Nutritious BBQ Alternative

I received the opportunity to try Butterball Turkey Franks courtesy of Butterly and Butterball Canada. This product was quick and easy to prepare on the barbecue. The texture and consistency is the same as a beef wiener. The finished (barbecued) product was flavourful and moist. It tastes lighter and leaner, and contains 40% less fat compared to other wieners on the market. It is also a good source of protein and, bonus for my family, gluten free. My family really enjoyed this product as part of a quick weekend barbecue lunch along with a tomato salad. If you are a hot dog fan, I recommend giving this product a try.

These Turkey Franks Hit the Spot

I’ve been trying to eat a bit healthier, so I was glad to try these Butterball Turkey Franks as a lighter swap and honestly, I’m hooked. They’re flavorful, not greasy, and have that classic hot dog taste I still crave. Plus, they’re gluten-free, which is a big win since I try to avoid gluten whenever I can.

They cook up quickly, whether I’m grilling or tossing them in a pan, and they don’t dry out or get rubbery. Perfect for a quick lunch, barbecue, or even slicing into my scrambled eggs. I will defintley get these again!

Best hotdogs

I absolutely loved these turkey hot dogs. They were honestly so delicious. They had the perfect flavour and I love that the turkey sausages are better for you then regular hot dogs.

Butterball turkey franks

I got the opportunity try the butterball turkey franks! Perfect for a fire bbq on the long weekend. Everyone throughly enjoyed them. They are thicker than a lot of chicken hot dogs I’ve gotten in the past. They taste great. They were a bit softer than some other dogs I’ve tried before. These are a great low fat high protein option,

Big fat and juicy

I like pork. I like all meats so I don't generally search for alternatives. I eat what tastes good. I've never tried turkey franks before but I am a big fan of pork and beef hotdog franks (I usually polish off an entire pack in one sitting). Instead of the standard 12 franks in a package, these have 8 generously fat franks. The franks are so thick that you can cut them in half and they would be almost equivalent to a normal frank. They smell the same as pork franks and they darken in colour as they cook just the same. Most importantly, the taste is great and the texture may be slightly denser than a normal frank. It's juicy and delicious. I would be pleased if I received this as a hotdog. If I were to require an alternative to eating pork for some reason, I would be very happy to switch to these turkey franks.

Our New Family Fav

This is our new family fav! I was so excited to try these Butterball turkey franks. They are bigger than our normal brand and the flavour of them is wonderful. My kids asked for seconds. I love that they are a healthier option for my family compared to our normal brand. We will be purchasing in the future for sure.

Love these!

I love these turkey franks way more than regular franks. They’re a much healthier option, and they are 100% turkey so you know that there isn’t any mystery as to what is in them. They cook up like any other hotdog but taste better. They are juicy and flavourful. We bbq ours and they turned out perfect. Great option for a picnic or to pack up in a cooler for vacations.
