Can’t Mess It Up “Honey Balsamic” Wild Pink Salmon, is an convenient fish to prepare with easy to follow directions. The flavour is exactly what I expected and the salmon came out juicy and flaky.
The vacuum sealed packages with tabs make it easy to place the salmon into the water to cook, and then to remove it.
The only thing I would change is for the sauce to be thicker to use on the salmon after cooking. I went to slide the salmon onto my dinner plate and it was very watery coming out of the pouch.
