I had this once years ago and never again. The taste was good but it was too heavy for me to have first thing in the morning. My tummy just couldn't handle it :(

I like the Carnation Breakfast Essentials since they are very tasty and keep you full for quite some time. You can purchase packs in different flavors (chocolate, strawberry and vanilla). However, they are quite pricey. I only purchase them if I have a coupon or if they are on sale. Also, they are high in calories.

I have these once in awhile! They are great when you are rushed for time. Great flavours but I love the chocolate! Yummy and good for you too!

This is a great breakfast for anyone on the go,comes in amazing flavors and gives you that. Energy boost we all need first thing on the morning.

Another breakfast product that contains much more sugar then it needs to! I found myself hungry 2 hours after having it...over and over and over. To everyone's discretion of course, but I just made the mistake of not reading the label first.

I have loved this product since I was a kid. However I do find it a little pricey. This product is delicious and I love that they now sell ready to drinks as well as the powder!!

When I'm in a hurry, I have this for breakfast. It's tasty and nutritious!
