Absolutely love this stuff and as long as you have this with breakfast its okay if you forget you daily vitamin because its soo packed with so many nutrients.

I have been drinking Carnation Breakfast Essentials as my breakfast for a couple months. I love it so much!! It tastes great, very rich chocolatey and it is fillying. I don't get hungry until lunch time! which is super great!
