    Gluten free macaroni

    As typical with gluten free pasta, this does not tend to hold its shape for reheating, however, it hold up fine when served immediately after preparing. If you plan on teheatung a dish, expect it to turn into a pile of mush. For baked dishes, I prefer to use lentil or bean based pastas.
