I really enjoy this tea, I find it is not only great for if you are sick with a cold but also during cramps this is fantastic to take.
I love the light taste too it, its not over welming.. and honestly I love it and am never awake longer than 5 minutes after finishing a mug of this tea.

I love drinking both coffee and tea, so this tea is nice just before bed :)

This tea is wonderful! I use it, as well as, my family. It is calming and works well before bedtime. I also give it to my kids when they are not feeling well with a little honey. The aroma and warmth always makes them feel better.
