If you are looking for a a bcaa drink that is above average in taste, mixability, recovery, strength and price this is the brand I would recommend. I am just getting back into the gym after a several year lay off and I am trying to learn about all the new supplements out there on the market. I gym rat Brother highly recommended this for all the reason I listed above. I have been using this product mostly during and post workouts. I feel like it has greatly assisted in faster recover after a hard workout!
