Insconstancy

I love the Toppables but sometimes the crackers are salt free?? It happened to me at least 5 times. And now I've just opened a box and the crackers are like thinner, easily breaks, not the same. Have they changed the recipe? what about the salt? broken machine or what. Don't they have a quality control?
