My Go-To For Years

I used to buy mascara and end up with raccoon eye smudging every single time. It was so frustrating because I would love how my lashes would look with a certain formula but I would end up with dark spots unless it was waterproof. I did some research and bought this on a whim. BEST DECISION EVER! I apply this on top of any mascara and turn it waterproof. It goes on super light, doesn’t clump up, and never lose lashes as a result because it’s super hydrating!
