Lovely serum!

I have sensitive and acne prone skin but my skin has also started to show signs of aging so I am always worried to try new products. I decided to test this Clarins double serum out. It didn’t cause any acne or dryness/redness! It actually feels quite nice when used. The smell isn’t super strong, in my opinion anyway but I know smells bug other people. I like that it’s not tacky or sticky and applies smoothly. I can feel the serum “working” right away. It makes my skin feel a bit tighter and bright looking! I’m excited to continue using this to see how it tackles any small wrinkles I have.

Feeling fresh and hydrated

I had the pleasure of trying the Clarins Double Serum in a one week trial and I really enjoyed it. My skin felt smooth and hydrated after each use and I didn’t have any reactions to the ingredients this product contained. I can’t attest to how well this product will work in the long run but I did enjoy my nice fresh face for the week I was using the product. I would definitely consider trying this on a more regular basis to keep this glow going.

Skin so soft

Absolutely loved this product. The smell was amazing. And I loved how it felt on my skin. I noticed less pores and wrinkles after a few uses. I can’t wait to buy a full sized one.

Smoothing Serum

I liked the application of the serum because it feels light and is not sticky. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering, which is nice for those who are sensitive to strong scents. For reference, I have combination skin and I used the serum day and night before applying moisturizer and felt that my skin felt smoother, plumped, and more hydrated. The only downside is the price of the serum, as it is quite expensive, but if it is within your budget, I would recommend trying it out!

very absorbable

I love this serum - it absorbs faster than any other serum I tried, leaves no weird film, only a scent of well nourished skin. I also like the scent, mild, but pleasant. I got a sample, so it was hard to squeeze out the two parts, but I am sure it isn't a problem from the full size packaging.

It's hard to say how well it is working after using it for a week but in general I have only good things to say about it. I highly recommend it.

Nice serum but didn't work for me

I was excited and am super thankful for being able to try the serum. Unfortunately it didn't do much for me. Some positive comments about the products are that it made my skin feel quite soft but after awhile it became so dry. I have combination skin but tends to be more on the oily side. It's too short of a trial to say but I wouldn't purchase this.

Effective and pleasant serum!

I only received enough for one week, so I didn't notice any drastic changes. I will say that it did leave my skin very smooth, and did tone down some of my redness, which I haven't been able to do in the past. I have normally oily skin, and this serum did not add to it; it hydrated my skin without making it oily. I am somewhat sensitive to smell, but this serum actually smelled quite nice!

I can't say that I've noticed much difference in 7 days, so I wish I had the chance to try it longer before reviewing it, especially to see the effet on wrinkles. Overall, I was quite happy with it, just wish I could have fully tested its advertized benefits!

A really nice serum

I like how nicely this serum applied to my skin and I think that the dual serums that mix as they are coming out is a really cool idea. I haven't used it long enough to see many results but I can see myself really enjoying this serum.

Clarins Double Serum

got the Clarins Double Serum 7 day treatment sample in the mail from @thisisbutterly @chickadvisor @clarinscanada in exchange for my honest opinion. The Clarins Double Serum Complete Anti-Aging Concentrate (Hydric + Lipidic System) is a two-in-one formula that is similar to the skins hydrolipidic film, both water and oil soluble, with 21 potent plant extracts, for visibly smoother, firmer and more radiant skin. The brand claims that its suppose to visibly reduce fine lines, wrinkles and promote skin firmness, visibly tighten pores, it also hydrates and smooths skin and helps repair and strengthen the skin barrier. I was really excited about this product when I first got selected. I used the serum for 7 days straight despite getting tiny little acne bumps. My face felt really hydrated it gave me a glowy glass skin look which I really liked because I have sensitive, dull, dry winter skin but unfortunately the glowy glass look doesnt last very long. After day 3 I started to notice tiny acne bumps on my cheeks and the fragrance really bothered me and irritated my nose. Im also not the type to waste products so I tried my best to squeeze out every last drop. I do feel Clarins could have done a better job on the sample packages because I did struggle a little to take it all out. Sadly I will not be purchasing this serum not because it left my face with little tiny acne bumps but because of the fragrance. I felt it was a little too strong for me and fragrance doesnt do too well with my skin which is why I broke out. I also felt that the serum didnt do much for my face. It didnt combat my fine lines on my forehead nor did it help with my smile lines, it didnt tighten my pores or visibly firm my skin. Its also on the pricey side. Its very unfortunate as this was my first time using a product from Clarins but regardless I would like to thank @thisisbutterly @chickadvisor @clarinscanada for allowing me to try this product.

Easy daily serum

I used this sample pack of Clarins serum on a nightly basis as part of my before-bed skincare routine. It went on easily and did not irritate my skin. I didn’t feel that it particularly brightened my skin, but perhaps I’ll have to continue using for an extended period of time.
