    Great Pick Me Up!

    Love this bar for a quick breakfast on the go. We can usually find them for $1 a bar when on sale or on Amazon. This is one of my favourite flavors by far. They keep my energy up for a good 2 - 3 hours.

    Taste great but lots of sugar

    Love the taste of this product and seems to keep me full for long - but it is PACKED with sugar. Not applicable for everyday consumption with that high of sugar.
