This is a very good face scrub. Lots of little particles in it to scrub your face but won't over dry your skin. Definitely helps the skin look better and more clear.

The 7 Day Scrub works amazing. The exfoliating scrub cleared off roughness and flakiness and allowed my skin to feel and look smooth and cleaner.

I use this scrub every other day or so. It's effective at sloughing off dry skin but gentle enough to use almost every day without leaving my sensitive skin feeling raw or looking red.
