Bought this for my son at 3 weeks old due to Acid Reflux. It did nothing for him, even though it comes highly recommended by others. Majority of people stated it helped with Acid Reflux and not colic. I tried it because I liked the fact that it had all natural ingredients and no baking soda, like gripe water. It is quite expensive at $20 a bottle, also bought the recommended pacifier with it to administer it, that was $7. Both are not worth it. There were a few negative reviews that I don't agree with: it's black and people say it stains, simply pre-treat and there is no issue; people say it creates black tar like poo, didn't find that to be the case; people say it is constipating, never found this to be an issue
