I've been using the mascara for blue eyes for a long time and I love it. I've used both the original and the waterproof kind, but I prefer the original. As mentioned by other reviewers, the waterproof one is nearly impossible to get off even with makeup remover. As far as reviewers mentioning the flaking of this mascara, it doesn't really bother me. Even after working a fifteen hour shift as a Hooter Girl, I still find myself removing mascara when I get home. If you pick at your eyelashes constantly, it'll obviously flake. But if you just wear it, even with glasses, it will last. I get SO many compliments on the sparkles and hint of color in this mascara that it's insane. I would recommend this to anyone.

My favorite mascara.it makes my brown eyes pop and look so much brighter.

I bought this for hazel eyes. Don't really see much of an different from any other mascara I'v tried. Some days it clups and some days it doesn't.

It does tend to make my lashes look fuller, but only when I get a non-clup day out of them, otherwise my lashes look uneven.

I have two of these mascaras - non-waterproof in the color for brown eyes, and waterproof in black gold (for green eyes I believe). I have one complaint about this mascara - super flaky! The waterproof holds up a little better but can be close to impossible to remove even with makeup remover. I find for this reason it irritates me eyes a little and I wake up with dry eyes if I leave any on. Love the length it gives my lashes though, and the flecks of gold go nicely with a little gold eyeshadow!

I think the idea of the product is fantastic, unfortunatly the outcome doesnt follow through. I purchased the mascara for blue eyes and couldnt tell a difference at all. I also found that it wasnt good to thickening or lengthening but that asside not meet any expectations or fufill what it was supposed to. I didnt even continue to use it, ended up getting another kind on my next trip to the store.

I think the concept of this is great, and maybe I got a bad batch.
The mascara goes on well, but all I had in mine was black mascara, with one gold fleck on the stick.
I wouldn't buy it again, there are many other mascaras out there that do much better.

I was not happy with this product. the brush is way too small for my liking and it felt/looked like I wasn't wearing any mascara. i like CG but I hate this.

I was pretty disappointed with this mascara. I usually love CoverGirl mascaras, but I found that this one did not live up to its potential. It was advertised as being able to bring out your natural eye colour, but i found that it wasn't able to do this. I have hazel eyes that are slightly more towards the green side. I didn't find that this mascara did anything to make my eye colour pop, and my eye colour looked the same as it does with any other mascara. I also found that it was pretty clumpy (maybe because of the glittery flecks in it?) and didn't do much for my lashes. I would have preferred a mascara that was volumizing or that created a curl, but this mascara basically just coated my lashes and did nothing. The glitter was interesting and could have been a good idea, but i couldn't really see it once it was on my lashes unless i was outside on a very sunny day. Overall, i wouldn't recommend this mascara.

I have seen ads for this mascara for a long time. I have had bad experiences with CoverGirl mascara in the past--flaking, clumping, smudging, etc.--but when I saw this mascara on sale and had a $4 off coupon, I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I got it cheap because it's going in the garbage after a week!

First, the mascara does not lengthen my lashes nor does it make them look thicker. It coats them, but it doesn't do anything to enhance the look of my lashes. Isn't that why we wear mascara? Big disappointment!

Second, I accidentally bought the waterproof version and I can't get it off! I scrub at my eyelashes with waterproof make-up remover but the mascara won't budge. Yuck! Plus I now have an eye infection that I suspect is related to fact that I can't get the mascara to wash off at night.

I am so disappointed in this product. I really like the idea of what it's supposed to do but for me it's a big fail.

I love this product! I have blue eyes and it works perfectly for them. It's my number one product that I buy!
What I also like about it, is that even when I buy the non-waterproof mascara, it still doesn't smudge will in water.

I would definitely recommend it to everyone (girls). lol
