After being recommended to try this product numerous times, I finally gave it a try. I have used this for a month and I am extremely impressed. This mascara has become my go-to mascara which I use every day.

The Packaging - The products comes in a distinct orange container which is larger than a majority of other mascaras. The mascara wand is made of a plastic material rather than the traditional fibres.The large handle makes for a more comfortable grip which allows better precision when applying the mascara.

The Product - The wand is what makes this mascara effective. Because it's made of a plastic material, it's not flimsy which makes for an easier application. It separates the lashes and evenly coats them without clumping. This mascara does provide volume and length making your lashes appear fuller. It is build-able and you can apply additional coat as desired. It is fairly long-lasting and it doesn't run or smudge. I have worn this product for a whole day without needing to reapply.

While this mascara does provide fuller and longer lashes, because the wand is thick and doesn't have a very tapered end, it's very hard to get to the innermost and outermost lashes. Because I have short eyelashes to begin with, I find myself having to use a thinner wand to get to the corner of my eyes and also my bottom lashes.

Overall, this mascara is good. The price is very affordable and I would definitely buy it again.

HIGHLY overrated. Clumps, smells awful and the rubber wand doesn't do anything. Waterproof or no waterproof, I couldn't tell the difference. Bought this based on reviews, and regret it.

I felt that this item is a bit hyped up.. I liked the actual mascara but not the wand. I feel that it works best for eyelashes that are already full - for me it just clumps and looks too messy, its hard to make it look even and natural personally.

I love this mascara!! The brush is a perfect size and i find that it looks good all day. Unlike some other mascaras, there's no need to re-apply later in the day. It gives your eye lashes volume and makes your eyes pop!

I have a love/hate realtionship with this mascara. One one hand, it works wonders for my already thick, long lashes. On the other hand, my lashes are on the lighter side (I'm a natural blonde), and it doesn't quite get to the lashline, so I'm left with an odd light line. The formula is nice, though, and so is the brush for the most part.

While I love the wand, works very well at separating the lashes, it doesn't make them look as long or as full as other mascaras. It is a good product, but I would still use another one to get the fuller and longer lashes look.

This is my new HG mascara! I've been using it for around 6 months now, and it is worth every penny! I have tried a lot of the high end mascaras in the past (Diorshow, Lancome, etc..), but in comparison, you get the most bang for your buck with CG's mascara. I apply this after curling my lashes with the Shu Uemura curler (another HG product), and I find that the bristle applicator helps separate my lashes and makes it look full and lush. When applying an additional coat (the second coat about a minute after the first), I feel like there's no need to apply falsies anymore since it gives the same appearance. Absolutely wonderful! and easy on the wallet =)
